YDT HGV Training can offer fully funded Skills Bootcamp courses to train new HGV drivers, subject to funding availabability.
These free, intensive courses (lasting up to 16 weeks) are backed by the UK Government’s investment in driver training. All costs are covered – including your provisional HGV licence, medical exam and CPC tests – so eligible learners can qualify with a Category C or C+E licence without paying fees. On completion you gain a full HGV licence and normally a guaranteed job interview with a local employer.
